Terms of use

These terms cover your use of goalachiever.app (“Achiever”), provided by AppDevMasters. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• You need an email address or a Google account to sign in. Keep access to it secure.
• Achiever is for personal use by one person. Don't share an account.

Your content

What you write in Achiever stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, including sending it to the assistant when you switch the assistant on. See the privacy page for details.

The assistant

The assistant's suggestions are generated by an AI model. They can be wrong or incomplete, and they are not professional, financial, medical or legal advice. You decide what to accept. We may limit how much the assistant can be used, for example per hour or per month, to keep the service reliable.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to access other people's data or interfere with the service.
• Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or upload content you don't have the right to use.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Achiever available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may change features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change applies.

Ending your use

You can export your data and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
